Edificio Charles 203 Apartment - Funchal (Madeira)

Amazing patio, perfect for sipping wine and people-watching. The WiFi actually worked, so I could Instagram my fabulous vacation. And the towels. so fluffy, like being hugged by a cloud.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of Funchal. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the port and the charming old city. The room was impeccably clean with large windows offering lovely views of the city. It was well-equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, and a clean bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. The owner was extremely accommodating and communicated efficiently, making our stay even more pleasant. The complimentary water bottles, sweets, and coffee packs were a lovely touch.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment was in a great location, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the seafront. The rooms were clean, newly decorated, and had modern decor. The shower was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Some of the rooms were noisy, especially those facing the streets outside. The noise from passing vehicles and rubbish collection trucks could be disruptive, particularly at night.

The location was mind-blowing, overlooking a beautiful square near the cathedral. Surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at night. The modern bathroom had a jaw-dropping huge shower. Check-in was super easy with a door code. We loved the price and our room with windows on two sides. Hearing the cathedral bells was a delightful surprise. One of the best places I've ever stayed in!

I keep coming back here because it's perfect for me! They helped me plan my evenings the first time, plus all the amenities I need are here: Wi-Fi, handicap parking, electric kettle, air conditioning.

The location of this apartment is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It is very central and close to everything, including the cathedral and a beautiful square. The view from the apartment is fine, overlooking the square and the city. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with large windows providing great city views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! Located in the heart of town, it had everything we needed. The restaurants and shops were just steps away, and the seafront was a short walk. The room was beautifully decorated with modern tiles and decor. We had a small balcony with a great view. The fridge in the room was perfect for storing drinks, and fresh towels were provided. The amenities like iron, hairdryer, kettle, and toilet rolls were all there. The first aid kit was a nice touch. The security was excellent with key pad access. The daily cleaning service was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.
